- Meeting scheduling data: name, email address, phone number (processed by Calendly).
- Training participants' data: full name, email address, phone number, company name and job title (to the extent necessary to organise and settle training courses).
- Analytics data: anonymised page views and website performance metrics (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- Responding to enquiries submitted via the contact form, based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Arranging and conducting meetings and consultations, based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Organising, delivering and settling training courses, based on a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legal obligations related to training documentation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Analysing website traffic and improving service quality, based on the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Data Processors
To provide our services we use the following third-party tools that may process personal data on our behalf:
- Formspree: contact form processing.
- Calendly: meeting scheduling.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics: anonymous website analytics. This service uses no cookies and minimises data collection.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected:
- Contact form data: up to 2 years from the last contact.
- Meeting scheduling data: up to 1 year.
- Training participants' data: for the period required by regulations on training documentation and settlements (up to 5 years).
- Analytics data: up to 26 months.
Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the following rights:
- Right to access your data.
- Right to rectify inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure of your data.
- Right to restriction of processing.
- Right to data portability.
- Right to object to processing.
- Right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
