Training Terms & Conditions

Terms and conditions for training services provided by SIGNICRAFT Jarosław Abram.

§1. General Provisions

  1. These terms and conditions govern the provision of training services by SIGNICRAFT Jarosław Abram, ul. Krzyżowa 14/14, 91-457 Łódź, Poland, VAT No.: 7272834467, REGON: 381964949, hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser".
  2. These terms apply to open and closed training courses delivered by the Organiser outside the Development Services Database (BUR). Training delivered under BUR is governed by separate conditions.
  3. The Participant is an individual enrolled on a training course. The Client is an individual, legal entity, or organisational unit that makes the enrolment and undertakes to pay for the training.

§2. Enrolment

  1. Enrolment takes place via the contact form on signicraft.pl, by phone at +48 790 878 872, or by e-mail at [email protected].
  2. Upon receipt of an enrolment, the Organiser contacts the Client to agree on the details: date, delivery format (on-site, online, hybrid), programme, and pricing.
  3. The agreed conditions are confirmed in a training agreement sent to the Client before the training begins.
  4. Signing the training agreement constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

§3. Payment Terms

  1. Payment may be made:
    1. by bank transfer to the account number shown on the invoice or receipt,
    2. by online payment (where available),
    3. in cash.
  2. For one-off training courses (single-day or multi-day), an invoice is issued after the training is completed, unless the agreement provides otherwise.
  3. For recurring training courses (delivered over an extended period), payment may be made in monthly instalments in accordance with the schedule set out in the agreement.
  4. The payment deadline is 14 days from the invoice date, unless the agreement provides otherwise.

§4. Cancellation and Refunds

One-off training courses (single-day or multi-day)

  1. Cancellation notified at least 7 business days before the scheduled start date is free of charge.
  2. Cancellation notified less than 7 business days but no later than 3 business days before the start date incurs a fee of 50% of the training price.
  3. Cancellation notified less than 3 business days before the start date or non-attendance results in the full training price being payable.
  4. The Client may nominate a substitute participant at no additional cost.

Recurring training courses (delivered over an extended period)

  1. Cancellation before the training begins is free of charge.
  2. Cancellation during the course requires one month's notice.
  3. Where payment is made in monthly instalments, one month's notice means the Client is obliged to pay for the final month of service.
  4. Where payment has been made in full in advance, the Organiser refunds a proportional amount for unused training hours, reduced by the notice period (one month). The refund is made to the account indicated by the Client within 14 days of the end of the notice period.

Cancellation by the Organiser

  1. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training course for organisational or other reasons. In such a case, the Client will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of any amount paid.

§5. Consumer Rights

  1. A Client who is a consumer within the meaning of Art. 22(1) of the Polish Civil Code has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason.
  2. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the training has been fully delivered before the withdrawal deadline and the consumer was informed of this before the training began and gave their consent.
  3. Notice of withdrawal should be sent to [email protected] or by post to the Organiser's registered address.

§6. Complaints

  1. Complaints regarding training courses may be submitted in writing to the Organiser's registered address or by e-mail to [email protected].
  2. A complaint should include: the Client's details, the name and date of the training course, a description of the concerns, and the desired resolution.
  3. The Organiser will respond to the complaint within 14 business days of receipt and inform the Client of the outcome.

§7. Certificates

  1. A Participant who completes a training course receives a certificate confirming their attendance and the scope of the programme delivered.

§8. Data Protection

  1. Personal data of participants and clients is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at signicraft.pl/en/privacy-policy.

§9. Final Provisions

  1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Amendments take effect on the date of publication on the website and do not affect agreements concluded before that date.
  2. Matters not covered by these terms and conditions are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
  3. Any disputes arising from the provision of training services shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Organiser's registered address, subject to the proviso that in disputes involving consumers, jurisdiction is determined by general rules.
