AI at Work - Practical Workshop

Hands-on workshop where you work on your own real professional challenges using AI tools. No textbook exercises - we start from what you actually do every day.

Our method

Before the workshop, each participant submits 2-3 of their real professional problems or tasks. During the workshop, we work on solving them using AI tools. You leave with ready solutions, not just knowledge.

Who it's for

For employees and professionals who want to learn to use AI tools in their specific work - regardless of industry. The only requirement is a willingness to work on your own real tasks.

Prerequisites

Basic computer and web browser skills. Own device (laptop or tablet) with internet access. No programming knowledge required.

Block 1 - AI Fundamentals

  • How AI tools work - the mechanism explained
  • Overview of tools: ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude and others
  • Anatomy of an effective prompt - what makes AI understand a command
  • Good and bad prompts - analysing examples, exercises on live tasks
  • Hallucinations - what they are, how to detect and prevent them
  • Opportunities and risks of AI in a business environment
  • Working with documents and images - how AI "sees" files

Block 2 - Workshop on real problems

  • Pre-workshop: participants submit problem descriptions from their work (min. 3 days before start)
  • Trainer selects 4-5 most representative cases
  • Each case discussed and solved together (~2-2.5h per case)
  • Building a prompt template for each case
  • Verifying results - how to check the accuracy of AI responses
  • Each participant leaves with their own prompt library to use at work
